I plugged my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset into my Sister's HP that still has windows 8.1 and my Turtle Beach Z11 Headset sounded fine. The Headset Microphone Seems to be Working Fine.

Recently I played Serious Sam Fusion 2017 both first and third person shooter 3D video games and then I noticed that all the enhancements of Realtek High Definition Audio Driver stopped working both entirely and completely including all the Environment, Voice Cancellation, Pitch Shift, Equalizer, Virtual Surround and Loudness Equalization!
